Fixed Monster's vendor contact: privacy@monster.com was bouncing as undeliverable. Monster and CareerBuilder share the same corporate privacy team, so Monster now points to riskandcompliance@careerbuilder.com. Since both companies now share the same contact, merged the two into a single "Monster / CareerBuilder" vendor option.
Added 12 more vendors: Gem, Workable, BambooHR, JazzHR / Jobvite (also merged, since both are Employ Inc. products sharing one privacy contact), Paycor, ADP, Phenom, hireEZ, Wellfound, Dice, Handshake, and FlexJobs.
Added ready-to-paste vendor email lists to the "All Major Vendors" option, for your "To" or "BCC" field instead of copying each address individually. Two formats are provided since email clients disagree on the separator: semicolon-separated (Outlook, most desktop clients) and comma-separated (Gmail, most webmail).

Added California-specific legal citations (CCPA/CPRA plus the Delete Act, SB 362). California requests now also surface a note pointing to the state's new DROP tool (Delete Request and Opt-out Platform), which lets residents submit one ongoing deletion request covering all data brokers registered with the state.
